As you have all become aware, my world revolves around food. My four month stint on the 5:2 diet has come to an end and June welcomes a strict detox. All this for a summer body? you ask… Well YES! Summer is the time of year when I am definitely most content; festivals and holidays in the sun are a must! Feeling confident in my summer wardrobe, comes hand in hand with these events and if anything enriches them.
This week I have been following the ‘Bootea’ eating plan (minus the tea), to introduce my body to a new way of dieting. Once adjusted, I am planning on purchasing the ’14 day detox’ to see if the tea is effective and ensures fast weight loss (I will get back to you on that one!).
